It is far too easy with konsole to tear off tabs.  I use this feature maybe
once a week, but I have unintended tear-offs several times a day.

Konsole needs to either increase the drag distance for tear-off tabs or let the
user disable it.  I tire of having tabs tear off when all I've done is click on
the tab.
