SUMMARY
konsole provides shortcuts for "Select Tabs..." and "None", but no shortcut for
"All Tabs in Current Window".  Clicking 3 levels deep in the menubar is a bit
of nuisance to turn on this option.  Are there alternative shortcuts/ways to
turn on "Copy Input To All Tabs in Current Window" or can that option be added
to konsole?
