SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update to debian buster
2. ctrl-t does not work any more

OBSERVED RESULT
Didn't open new tab in dolphin and chrome, didn't go back to the previous place
with vim ctags/cscope.

EXPECTED RESULT
Open new tab in chrome & dolphin with ctrl-t, return to the previous place in
vim with ctags.
