Well, 7 years for this issue..
If you want to close - do it.
However original issue is not resolved at all.

Tested on konsole-17.12.3
1) Actually there are no more fuzzy query while menu "Bookmarks" activated.
There are only arrows "Down" or "Up" avaliable.
2) There are no way to activate "Bookmarks" menu by shortcut if konsole menu is
closed.
