This bug occurs only on wayland session.

Steps to reproduce:

Install `kbd` package to acquire `showkey` command line.

Open konsole and execute `showkey -a`
$ showkey -a
Press Ctrl-/
/        47 0057 0x2f

Compare to xterm output
Press Ctrl-/
^_       31 0037 0x1f

urxvt output
Ctrl-/
^_       31 0037 0x1f

gnome-terminal output
Ctrl-/
^_       31 0037 0x1f

Ctrl-/ is one of Undo keys on emacs, see emacs tutorial.
