D14294: Re-Enable --hide-tabs and --show-tabs

REVISION SUMMARY
  Show tabs and hide tabs got lost in the transition to a modern
  QTabBar, this reenables them. It will override the current settings
  so if you use --hide-tabs, and change the settings, it will still
  hide it.
  
  To use the current preferences just start konsole without --hide-tabs
  or --show-tabs
