I opened a konsole from another konsole, when I right-click this is what I get:

    $ konsole
    Empty filename passed to function

might be somehow related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=390982 both
happened at the same time and the error output in the terminal seems the same

also I can't open system settings
