REVISION SUMMARY
  This fixes an infinite loop in findColorScheme() when it calls loadColorScheme();
  fixes konsole BUG: 343071
  
  Also apply a similar change to BookmarkHandler::titleForView() and
  KeyboardTranslatorManager::findTranslators()
