konsole (16.04.3) using Qt 5.6.1

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I was working with Libreoffice. Konsole is often open ready for any kind of
command or to launch scrpits.
I noted that the crashes are recent (2 monthes max) and without direct relation
with other activities as having some randomize behaviour.
