Hi, notwithstanding the bug the best solution is indeed to set the Scale Factor
to 1 and then experiment with the Font Resolution. For me it worked perfectly
with forcing 125 DPI. Dont forget to enable anti-alising about the force DPI
setting. 
NO lines or fragments anywhere and the whole display is crystal clear all over.
