SUMMARY
When running "emacs -nw" inside konsole Shift-Left and Shift-Right are not
delivered.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start "emacs -nw" inside konsole 
2. inside emacs press "Shift-Up", "Shift-Right", "Shift-Left" and "Shift-Right" 
3. view keys received in emacs with "ctrl-h l"
4. only Shift-Up and Shift-Down are received. Shift-Left and Shift-Right are
not received. 

OBSERVED RESULT
No keys 

EXPECTED RESULT
Delivery of 
ESC [ 1 ; 2 C
ESC [ 1 ; 2 D
