I can reproduce this as well using scaling of 1.7. Tested on Arch-Linux with
linux-4.17.11, plasma-5.13.3, qt-5.11.1 and kdeframeworks-5.48.0. A temporary
workaround for me: Set scaling to 2x, but force DPI of 154 in Font-Settings.
