D12032: Tweak README.KeyTab and README.keyboard a bit

REVISION SUMMARY
  Flesh out those two files and reformat them. Also copy the original
  README.KeyTab to README.KeyTab-original, just in case there's some
  concept that I misinterpretted/misunderstood.
