KDE konsole Version 16.12.3
KDE Frameworks 5.29.0
Qt 5.6.2 (built against 5.6.2)

konsole input
# echo ./*
returns a list of encoded filenames correctly

but start a new instance with
# konsole --noclose -e echo ./*
does NOT encode the filenames

Now the problem is,
[Desktop Entry]
....
[Desktop Action anyAction]
Name=Do something with files
Exec=konsole -e any_function %F

is delivering a list of unencodes filenames which are not usable
