Well, in a fully UTF-8 environment things like this really shouldn't occur.

I'd really love to get to the bottom of this, but I cannot reproduce the issue
and I'm not a KDE or Konsole developer either :P so I'm afraid I have to take a
step back and watch if others can resolve this issue. :(
