When desktop scaling ratio is greater than 1 (System Settings -> Display and
Monitor -> Scale Display), the height of the Konsole window becomes incorrect.
For example, if I set scaling ratio to 1.7, the Konsole window opens down for
less than a half of the screen, despite that in Konsole settings the height is
set to 80% of the screen.

I've also noticed that when scaling is enabled, Konsole window is sometimes
incorrectly drawn and misses a line or two in the middle.
