I guess it's time to consider konsole using OSC 7 for tracking the working
directory (as Terminal.app and gnome-terminal do), rather than digging into
/proc. I vaguely recall having filed a bug about it, but cannot find it right
now, maybe I just wanted to do this but never actually ended up filing it.
