I'd like a way to set the title of Konsoles window(s). This is possible with
iTerm2 profiles, with Konsole it only seems I can remove the "- Konsole" part
and inherit tab titles? Could there please be an option to set the window title
based on profile?

There is a few stack overflow posts I came across where one had a shell script
to do this, having this setting possible via profiles/settings UI would be
great however :)
