It is a regression associated with KF5.
Command kdesu konsole do nothing. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch command "kdesu konsole"

Actual Results:  
Application not launched at all.

Expected Results:  
Window with konsole root mode.
