I open new tabs pressing ctrl-shift-t and occasionally it happens that a new
tab is created titled 'Shell' and the konsole window is left unresponsive:
other tabs, menu, etc, all unresponsive, only the window frame itself responds.
And not only that window but all konsole windows are affected.

I have nothing on dmesg when it freezes and I have no debug symbols to get a
backtrace.

My system is:

Distribution: Manjaro
Kernel: 4.6.2-1

Konsole info:
Konsole Version 16.04.1
Using:
KDE Frameworks 5.22.0
Qt 5.6.0 (built against 5.6.0)
The xcb windowing system
