This is fixed in Konsole 16.04.2.

It still doesn't work in yakuake (not even modifying a new profile), but that's
probably related to bug#360072 (i.e. "Manage Profiles" is completely broken
currently in yakuake because of the changes in konsole).
Yakuake' konsole-part should pick up konsole's settings though, so changing
your profile settings in konsole should be a workaround for you.
