The bug keeps on existing in 5.15 and it has been this way as long since I
switched to KDE 5 on both of my computers (both running Kubuntu). Not just
Konsole, also Kate and Dolphin reset to a single open tab with home directory
open. No exceptions, reproducible every time I restart.
