xos4 Terminus font in "kcmshell5 fontinst" looks ok

When selecting "xos4 Terminus" font, Cyrillic letters are rendered by another
font family, so its width and alignment is wrong. The problem is seen with all
font style and size combinations excepting one: Regular, 9pt.

While it is displayed correctly in "kcmshell5 fontinst" and in xterm, e.g.
> xterm -xrm 'XTerm*font: -xos4-terminus-medium-r-normal-*-14-*-*-*-*-*-iso10646-*'
