In src/Vt102Emulation.cpp in function
Vt102Emulation::processWindowAttributeRequest()
there is a hardcoded title update delay: "_titleUpdateTimer->start(20)"
This makes the title update too sluggish when konsole gets used under
alternative window managers.

Please make this delay user configurable.
