Bug ID: 352659
Summary: Tabs disappear on reboot
Product: konsole
Version: unspecified
Platform: Debian unstable
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: history
Assignee: konsole-devel at kde.org
Reporter: tdyzio at hotmail.com
I like t have 6 tabs in my konsole, which I keep open all the time on desktop
1. Old konsole (kde 4.8?) used to stay open and it remembered my settings and
tabs on start up. The new konsole in (kde 5.4) is minimized, which is OK, but
it opens up with only one tab.
Thanks
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open konsole on desktop 1 (I have eight desktops) I never checked but I do
not think desktop matters. Open more than two tabs ( I have six), resize the
fonts in each tab.
2. Log out from kde or shut down the computer using Leave option in the Apps
Menu
3. Start the computer and open the minimized konsole on desktop 1. There will
be only one tab.
Actual Results:
Upon computer power up, after the kde starts up and I log-in the konsole is
minimized in the task bar.
It comes up with one tab only when I click on it.
Expected Results:
I would expect all 6 tabs to show up, with proper font types and sizes. ( I do
not bother changing the type of font only the size, as they are to small on my
hi-res monitor)
I haven't changed much except for desktop theme being Arezzo, which I like and
have been using in my older kde's
