Just upgraded to kubuntu 15.10 with konsole 15.08.0, and the combination
AltGr+Ctrl+"+" is still failing. By trying different key combinations I found
out that AltGr+Ctrl+"}" does indeed work, so I'll use that one from now. Still
the original issue remains IMHO
