The height of the font is not exact to the height of the line.

The fonts are the the default ones:
> General: Oxygen-Sans 10
> Fixed Width: Oxygen mono 9
> Small: Oxygen-sans 8

The size of the display is: 1600x900, the rendering backend is OpenGL 3.1 and
the GL interface is GLX.

The problem can be observed in the attached image.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open kconsole
2. Display any text on the screen

Actual Results:  
Some text lines are rendered incorrectly.

Expected Results:  
Each line should be correctly rendered.
