If tab auto-hide is on, then when there are two tabs open, switch one of them
using hot keys,
they will get hidden

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set tab to auto-hide (appear when needed)
2.Open two tabs use hot keys
3.Switch one of them use hot keys

Actual Results:  
Tabs hide

Expected Results:  
Tabs have been switched without hidden
