konsole (15.08.0) using Qt 5.4.2

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I had run the the command sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade && sudo
apt-get dist-upgrade. && sudo apt-get autoremove The process completed
successfully, but on entering the command "exit", Konsole crashed. The only
other thing I have in mind is that i kept getting a notification saying "System
Restart is Pending".
