konsole (2.14.2) on KDE Platform 4.14.7 using Qt 4.8.6

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Ran a remote "sudo yum update" through ssh.
Issued "exit" command to close console.
Receive crash notification several seconds later.
(This occurs intermittantly about 50% of the time.)
