I'm getting a very similar crash. Often reproducible:
* Open Konsole
* start top
* Close Konsole with cross close
* Konsole tells you that top is still running
* "Close current Tab"
* "Top is still running..." -> Yes
* Konsole crashes about 1 out of 5  times.

Application: Konsole (konsole), signal: Segmentation fault
Using host libthread_db library "/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libthread_db.so.1".
