KF5 konsole freezes trying to open http url with rpm package.

For example, if I use "Open link" for

http://abf-downloads.rosalinux.ru/rosa2014.1/repository/SRPMS/main/release/mc-4.8.13-1.src.rpm

konsole is downloading the package and asking authorization to install it. If I
cancel, konsole freezes, the window is no longer rendered, it's not even
possible to close it. It looks like a dead lock because of infinite loop or
something like that.

Plasma 5.3.0, KF 5.10.0, Konsole 15.04.1.

The expected behaviour is to open http link in a browser, which should ask to
open file or save it. It worked like that in KDE4.
