konsole processes are not alway killed when closing window via [x] in window
Ctrl-D seems to work
Cannot reproduce consistently - at the end of a busy day there may be a doze
konsole processes left running and machine becomes sluggish

using killall -9 konsole to cleanup

Reproducible: Sometimes
