In KDE4 it was possible to rearrange tabs by moving them around or to the tab
bar of another konsole window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open konsole
2. open 2nd tab (opens right of 1st tab)
3. try to move 2nd tab to left of 1st tab

Actual Results:  
Not possible to move tabs

Expected Results:  
Should be able to re-arrange tabs
