I have the same issue with Konsole 3.0.1.  I set “Previous Tab” to Shift+Left
and Ctrl+Shift+Tab, and “Next Tab” to Shift+Right and Ctrl+Tab.  It works until
I restart Konsole.

I run KDE 4 as my main environment, with some KDE5 apps thrown in (thank you
arch!)
