After a Konsole window has been in use for a while some of the menus stop
working: File, Settings & Help. The keyword is highlighted in the menu bar but
no options appear. Other menu items like Edit, View & Bookmarks continue to
work.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Unknown, it just seems to happen after some time. 


Actual Results:  
Multiple XCB errors are logged each time I try to open a missing menu:
