Konsole's appearance settings have a big colorful warning saying transparency
won't work because desktop effects aren't enabled, yet transparency is clearly
working. Maybe the code that detects desktop effects is old/broken ?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click in konsole and choose edit current profile
2. Click Appearance tab
3. See the warning yet transparency is clearly working in the current konsole
window.

Actual Results:  
Warning is shown

Expected Results:  
Warning shouldn't be there as transparency is working

My machine is an Intel i7 with embedded graphics. Arch linux, with all of kde
software built with kdesrc-build.
