My most common use cases of copy/pasting from Konsole are pasting in to an
email (Thunderbird), or an IM (Pidgin). My prompt is very colorful, and I have
yet to find a use case where I actually want the color to translate in to an
email/IM.

Now I have to stop and think every time I paste in to either Thunderbird or
Pidgin, "oh ya, right click, 'paste without formatting'" instead of the muscle
memory ctrl + v.

I would really prefer than the default be to copy without formatting. That
seems the most logical to my work flow, but if that's not possible an option to
specify what the default method (plain text or html) for "copy" should be.
