I'm used working with several terminal-sessions opened in separate tabs.
Since upgrade from Kubuntu 14.10 (kde 4.14.2, konsole 2.14.2) to 15.04 (kde
5.9.0, konsole 3.0.1)  only one tab shows up after login and I always have to
open more tabs manually.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open several tabs in konsole.
2. logout
3. login

Actual Results:  
If there is an open konsole, it is always in the first workspace and it shows
only one tab.
Sometimes there is no open konsole at all.

Expected Results:  
An Open konsole in the virtual workspace at the last position with the same
number of opened tabs as before the logout.
