Seeing worsened problem in 5.9.0. Shortcuts behave erratically.  Are forgotten
in the same session without closing Konsole.  Using the alternate slot, first
attempt seems to stick for the whole session while future shortcuts are
forgotten after changing tab.  Primary shortcuts seem to stick around through
restart.
