Although you can rename the session using the Ctrl-Alt-S, the session menu
(right click) does not have the rename session as an option. The auto naming
feature does not work very well with lots of sessions. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Place cursor in the field of a session
2.right click
3.(No session rename option)

Actual Results:  
Unless you remembered the Ctrl-Alt-S command you are not able to rename
sessions easily.

Expected Results:  
Right click would have a 
Rename Session... Ctrl-Alt-S 
entry in the list.
