When invoking Clear Scrollback and Reset, either from the View menu or by the
Ctrl + Shift + k keyboard shortcut, the prompt line disappears.  It reappears
as soon as you start typing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Start Konsole (any session will do)
2.  Invoke Clear Scrollback and Reset
3.  Command prompt line disappears

Actual Results:  
Command prompt line disappears.

Expected Results:  
Command prompt should be present and awaiting further commands.
