I use konsole as my IDE.  I currently have four windows opened and about a
dozen or so tabs on each window.  I generally use the keyboard to navigate
between each window/tab.  Today, I clicked the minimize button on each of the
tabs (attempting to get to the desktop to fix a application link).  When I
pulled all of the windows back up, every window had been renamed to the default
"shell %#".

This is not really what I would expect.  I have no way to know what I did to
make this happen, no way to repeat this (I HOPE!!!), and no clue of any special
events that may have caused it.
