When adding a font with your package manager (in my case, pacman), even if it's
fixed, it won't appear in the list of fonts you might use in Konsole unless you
logout-login.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install a fixed font (envy-code-r, inconsolata-g, monofur...)
2. goto Konsole Appearance settings

Actual Results:  
The new font is unavailable

Expected Results:  
The new font is available
