since commit dd78318ebc1faa0faf3e9cfaed472f6bcff6a25b in kconfigwidgets, KStandardAction also sets default shortcuts for copy, paste, etc.. this actually 'overrides' the ones from Konsole, so default shortcut now needs to be set from KActionCollection..
adding David also if he thinks/knows there's a better/more correct way

before patch Ctrl+Sft+C didn't copy, now does.. same with paste.
