It works under XCB, but under Wayland, konsole does not send CTRL to the
terminal. The pause + resume keybindings (that use ctrl+s I think) seem to
work, but it also sends the s to the terminal too.
Whenever I try to press CTRL+C in konsole under Wayland, it just sends the 'c'
to the terminal
