Here are the symptoms :
[1] When typing konsole --version in a terminal :
(1348)/default KLocalizedStringPrivate::substituteSimple: "0 instead of 4
arguments to message {Qt: %1
KDE Developme...} supplied before conversion."
Qt: 5.3.1(I18N_ARGUMENT_MISSING)
KDE Development Platform: TODO(I18N_ARGUMENT_MISSING)
<application>Konsole</application>(I18N_ARGUMENT_MISSING):
2.99.900(I18N_ARGUMENT_MISSING)

Sample output from kate :
kate 5.0.0

[2] The title of the "About" dialog is "<application>Konsole</application>".

I'm using Project Neon packages in KVM.
