Well I don't have an opinion either way really.
The docs seems to say having it as-is is the KDE way

"caption    Your caption. Do not include the application name in this string.
It will be added automatically according to the KDE standard."

The "Show window title on the titlebar" refers to     
// use window title as caption only when enabled and it is not empty
it has nothing to do w/ the "Konsole".

I might look at the comments in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=308995 to
see if it can be changed via script.  Otherwise, I'm open to suggestion.
