Use cases
1) When you drag a tab from Konsole open on screen and drag tab into second screen. Actual state: it always open on primary screen, ignoring cursor position.
2) When you open konsole window, it should be opened near your cursor

This is something really simplify life of users with two and more monitors.

Testing
-------

Draging tabs, creating windows.

Dual monitor setup (different resolutions tested).

This change respect fullscreen settings (so, when is position set to fullscreen, it'll remember). Also placing respect screen boundaries, so window is always rendered into visible area on actual screen (so nothing between two screens or in not visible area, if isn't resized manually)
