Description

This adds a checkbox and file location to the TabBar Konsole settings.  Users can pick a .css file to style the tab bar.

This is rather basic - the user had to do all the work creating the .css and know what to put in it.

This can be used to set minimum width of the tabs, distinguish active tab, etc...  I would gather having a lot of examples in the handbook will be necessary.
